If there’s one thing Paddy knows, it’s advertising. Being the youngest of the bunch, Paddy graduated from TU Dublin City Campus in 2021 with a degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications.

Having most of his foundations in the executive side of advertising, he was keen to explore the creative aspect, and once Paddy found copywriting, he didn’t look back. This insight into the mind of an executive has given him an instinct to always stay on brief, while allowing his creativity to flow.

Comfortable working alone or in a team, he always brings energy and passion to the brief at play.

Art Director

Siobhain loves ads. She has since she saw the 90s Wine Gums ‘Moose Loose in the House’ ad. After working in commercial production as a full-time producer and creative lead for six years,  Siobhain took a leap and quit her job to pursue a career as an Art Director.  During her time in production, Siobhain worked on countless online and television ads with agencies including Rothco, Ogilvy, Chemistry, Javelin, Public House and more. Siobhain’s passion for ideation and her inbuilt high standards are the driving forces behind her commitment to all of her work.

Art Director

After obtaining her BA Degree in Art History and English, Joy has always sought a career that balances both creativity and collaboration. While working in diverse roles ranging from curation assistant, social media team lead to teaching, Joy’s passion has always resided in the creative and conceptual world. 

Joy is courageous in the face of a challenge. Passionate, motivated and excited, even about the unfamiliar, she is overjoyed to have found her career path and can’t wait for the next chapter. Deeply loyal, much like her cat, she is keen to learn and at times, learning to be a little less eager.

Account Executive

Ava is a highly empathic individual, a real people person and a good networker. While having completed a Bachelor of Arts in UCD, she has also worked in various industries such as beauty therapy and hospitality. She fosters great working relationships with her colleagues. She has a strong work ethic and a willingness to take anything on.

She relishes taking on new challenges, particularly projects which require an interdisciplinary and inclusive approach. She also recognises the importance of maintaining strong customer relations to maximise success.


Two words to describe Ben – Cat Enthusiast

Since graduating from Business and Management in 2017 at TU Dublin City Campus, Ben went on to work as the Marketing & Operations Coordinator for Eventpro, which led him to work on events such as Bloom in the Park with Bord Bia and Showcase Ireland with the DCCOI. After the global pandemic put the brakes on all things events, Ben thought it was the perfect opportunity to return to third-level education and pursue a career in advertising.

Ideally, Ben is looking for a role in an experiential agency as he believes this is the perfect way to bring together his experience in the events industry with his newfound passion for advertising.

Art Director

While studying BA Fine Art at TU Dublin Grangegorman, Michelle worked as a graphic designer. Working with diverse clients throughout the business piqued her interest, and she decided to study advertising and wanted to become an art director. With a diverse set of experiences and interests, she is a flexible and dynamic person, willing to tackle any work. She is capable in a variety of settings thanks to a broad range of experiences she gained in college and at work. She also speaks Mandarin, Japanese, and, of course, English.

Recently, Michelle was chosen as Ireland’s representative for Roger Hatchuel Academy and will be attending Cannes Lions with a group of young lions this summer.

Media Planner

It’s Farhanaaz but you can call her Farah. 32 years of age, She is from sunny South Africa where she completed her undergraduate degree in marketing, media, and cultural studies. She is a qualified therapist in the Applied Behavioural Analysis method of therapy for children with autism and has worked in the field. She is currently pursuing her master’s in advertising and has a keen interest in client management. The master’s in advertising through TU Dublin City Campus has allowed her the opportunity to complete a two-week internship program with Mindshare and Wavemaker and she looks forward to all future endeavours in the industry. Her interests include but are not limited to travel, pop culture, books and magazines about lifestyle, fashion, interior décor and current affairs.

Art Director

Eva graduated from Maynooth University (2019) where she studied digital media. During her time there she developed a strong passion for the creative aspects of the media industry. After graduation Eva strived for some adventure, which led her to move to New York City. She remained there for a year and a half, despite the covid pandemic. Although it was difficult, Eva is not one to back down from a challenge. Eva loves new beginnings and has also spent time living in Copenhagen and France, where she learnt to speak French fluently. Meeting new people and exploring new territory inspire her and contribute hugely to her creative mind.

Upon her return to Ireland, Eva decided it was time to expand her education by developing her creative skills while also gaining new skills in the marketing and advertising industry. Combining her creativity with her work-life makes Eva excited for her role as an Art Director.


Caught between a deep fascination for artworks and a strong desire to (over?) analyse everything around her, Daphné discovered the perfect remedy: strategic planning.

Daphné is French and after studying humanities, literature and media in Paris, she decided to feed her need for adventure by pursuing a Masters in advertising in Dublin. Social trends, debates, the latest news are always interesting to her.
